Peter HuntPeter Hunt
Founding Partner

Peter Hunt is a Quickbooks Certified Pro Advisor, a Simply Accounting Premier Advisor and a MYOB Accredited Trainer. Peter was a Canadian Taxation Office advising officer in Ottawa involved in taxation litigation. Having reached a senior position, he left the CRA and pursued a career in the bookkeeping profession, establishing this practice in 1999. Since then, he has provided advice to senior executives, corporations, accountants, major legal and accounting firms, bankers, medical practitioners, pastoralists, lawyers, barristers, solicitors, business owners etc.

 

 

 

David HuntDavid Hunt
Partner

David Hunt is a Quickbooks Certified Pro Advisor and a Simply Accounting Premier Advisor. He has a Bachelor of Business degree majoring in accounting and a Master of Taxation degree from the University of Toronto where he obtained a distinction average.

David commenced his career at Industrial Equity Limited in the 1980s and worked in the accounting division of Chase Manhattan Securities in London before completing his undergraduate degree and commencing with P.H. Hunt & Associates in December 2002. He became a partner of the firm in January 2003.

He advises some of the most senior executives in Canada as well as institutions and small to medium enterprises.

David is married with three children. His interests include all sports, particularly rugby, golf and tennis

 

Phillis HuntPhillis Hunt
Partner

Phillis is a a Quickbooks Certified Pro Advisor and is a Fellow of The Taxation Institute of Canada. She holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Science. Phillis has 15 years’ experience in providing audit and business services to successful clients.

Bookkeeping Staff

Our staff is crucial to the efficient operation of the firm. Our team consists of experienced bookkeepers who work with our support staff and partners in both the advice and compliance areas. They receive extensive training with our partners and attend external educational courses to ensure they are up to date with the current changes in legislation.

Support Staff

Our support staff consists of qualified staff who have a wealth of experience in administrative and bookkeeping support. Their contribution to the firm is critical to its success as they are the initial liaison point for all clients and are trained to answer many administrative queries from clients. The team completes the many administrative tasks involved in providing the services that the firm supplies.
